A card reader counted off a floor plan is the same row that prices the estimate, appears on the signed proposal, becomes a device to commission on the job, lands on the purchase order raised to the vendor, and gets billed. Nothing is retyped anywhere along this line — which is the whole reason a number on the invoice can still be traced back to the symbol on the drawing.
